Had a fantastic time relaxing in the comfy common area and even enjoyed a delightful holiday dinner with some friendly faces from the staff. There were great spots to chill out, like the lounge and movie room, perfect for unwinding after a long day. My only small issue was the lack of a kettle in the room, as I really missed brewing my own tea! 😊

Nice hotel with 24-hour reception, comfy beds, and a cute lounge area. The sweet staff even helped my elderly parents . I recommend checking in quickly. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Uniquetrendy boutique hotel with QUIET atmosphere. In the heart of the city, very convenient. Plus, close to a John Lewis department store.

The staff were very efficient, their services were good. The room even with thermostat at maximum. The comfortable location was short walk from Pavilion Theatre. I had very good days staying at this brand-new hotel.
Some people working there were busy.

This is a great hotel with lots of great features. The rooms are very modern with the minimalistic look but it really works. It is almost like you are staying in a pod. I travelled with my 6 year old son who compared the corridors in the hotels to that in Alice in Wonderland! He loved the fact that the tv offered him lots of movies and I loved the fact that they were free! The mood lighting was a nice touch and the shower was cool too. Location wise you are situated a stone throw away from the Royal Concert Hall, Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre and Sauchiehall Street. I would definitely stay here again.
There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

An Innovative Stay That Exceeds Expectations
Had an enjoyable night in a modern king room with fantastic iPad controls and ambient lighting! The lounges with contemporary art were perfect for unwinding. Pro tip, skip the breakfast at the hotel for a variety of better options nearby. Friendly staff.

Hotel staff always friendly and can have a chat and a laugh with you. Ease of check-in and check-out. The atmosphere and arty sci-fi feel to the place. The awesome bed which could probably sleep four! Free wi-fi and movies.

Every staff member was courteous and exceptional. It was in a marvellous location close to bars and pubs. Being next to Fratelli Sarti was nice, we had dinner there.

Innovative room technology, Unique bathroom design, Vibrant common areas
The compact room felt restrictive, which wasn't conducive to comfort!!! Self-check-in was chaotic and confusing!!! More clarity on room technology would enhance the experience for less tech-savvy guests!!!

Location
No reception. Computer Check in. Booked this in advance with Company credit card, however on arrival the hotel were unable to draw down the funds from the credit card despite all details having been given at time of booking. We had booked 4 rooms for clients and only the lead booking could be paid. Clients arrived to the hotel and had to pay for there room themselves, extremely embarrissing situation. When we eventually got a staff member to speak to she told us that it was simple and could be paid by our office, however when she tried to demonstrate how to do it, she was also unable to do it. Check in too approx half hour, with clients awkwardly waiting to check in to there room.
